Finca La Esperanza está a unas 6 cuadras de Jayaque,
siguiendo la calle de tierra a la cima - siga el letrero que está por la iglesia.
Para el terremoto del 2001 traté de subir esta calle, pero el motor se ahogó con el polvo.
Esta vez sí logré subir hasta Comasagua, pero es mejor ir con un vehículo que sea algo alto.
La Finca La Esperanza está bien cerca de Jayaque, por lo que cualquier vehículo puede ir.

La semana anterior fué el Festival de la Chicha y el Chaparro (bebidas alcohólicas de maís),
así que el dueño de la Finca La Esperanza, Ernesto Barraza Ibarra
me dió a probar algo de Chaparro y me dió dolor de cabeza bien rápido"
Parece ser que es legal hacer Chicha y Chaparro sólo para el festival.
Platicando, nos damos cuenta que Don Ernesto es primo de Rafael Ibarra,
el padre de la Internet en El Salvador.

La Esperanza farm is about 6 blocks from Jayaque,
following the dirt road to the peak (cima) - follow the sign near the church.
For the earthquake of 2001 I tried to climb this road, but the engine drowned in the dust.
This time I was able to climb to Comasagua, but it is better to go with a vehicle with ground clearance.
The La Esperanza Farm is very near Jayaque, so any vehicle can go.

Last week it was the Chicha and Chaparro Festival (alcoholic beverages made of maize),
so, the owner of Finca La Esperanza, Ernesto Barraza Ibarra
gave me a bit of Chaparro to try it, and had a headache fast!
It seems that it is legal to do Chicha and Chaparro for the festival only.
Chatting, we discover that Don Ernesto is cousin with Rafael Ibarra,
the father of the Internet in El Salvador.
