Where I worked before... a computer store where computer training was given...
So: the person is climbing the Omega stars to reach excellence...
The stars themselves mirror the form of the person,
meaning the person herself becomes a star...
There was also the phrase: Reaching for Excellence

This was done in the 1990's,
so the VERY similar in concept logo of BNP Paribas didn't exist then -
my logo is NOT a copy of that one!

also, people tell me I copied the Leo Burnett logo:


I dunno... maybe it was subconciously copied... 
(My brother worked at Leo Burnett)

Anyways, their logos look better...
